AD41111 is a low power, low noise, 24bit, sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analogue to digital converter (ADC) that integrates an analogue front end (AFE) for fully differential or single-ended, high impedance (≥1Mohm) bipolar, ±10V voltage inputs and 0mA to 20mA current inputs. The AD4111 also integrates key analogue and digital signal conditioning blocks to configure eight individual setups for each analogue input channel in use. The AD4111 features a maximum channel scan rate of 6.21KSPS (161µs) for fully settled data. Typical applications include process control, PLC and DCS modules, instrumentation and measurement.
- Power supplies; AVDD = 3V to 5.5 V, IOVDD = 2V to 5.5V and total IDD = 3.9mA
- 3/4-wire serial digital interface (Schmitt trigger on SCLK) SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP compatible
- Tested for robustness per: IEC6100-4-2, IEC6100-4-3, IEC6100-4-4, IEC6100-4-5, IEC6100-4-6, CISPR 11
- 24bit ADC with integrated analogue front end
- Fast and flexible output rate: 1.25SPS to 31.25kSPS
- ±10V inputs, 4 differential or 8 single-ended
- On-chip 2.5 V reference: ±0.12% accuracy at 25°C, ±5ppm/°C (typical) drift
- Internal or external clock
- 40 lead LFCSP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 105°C
