AD8460BSVZ is a 110V high voltage, 1A high current, arbitrary waveform generator with integrated 14bit high speed DAC. It is a “bits in, power out” high voltage, high-power, high-speed driver optimized for large output current (upto ±1A) and high slew rate (upto ±1800V/μs) at high voltage (upto ±40V) into capacitive loads. Combining a 14bit high-speed DAC, a high voltage, high output current (HV-HI) analogue driver, and fault monitoring and protection circuits, this device is ideally suited for high power applications such as arbitrary waveform generation (AWG), programmable power supplies, and high voltage automated test equipment (ATE). A proprietary high-voltage BCDMOS process, novel high voltage architecture, and thermally enhanced package from Analog Devices Inc. enable this high-performance driver. It is used in applications such as automatic test equipment (ATE), display panel formation and testing, piezo drivers, programmable power supplies.

- Slew rate is 2100V/µs typical at (VOUT = 80V p-p, TC = 30°C)
- Output 1% settling time is 13.5µs typical at (VOUT = 40V p-p, TC = 30°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 80-lead TQFP package
