MAX4644EUT+T is a single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch that operates from a single supply ranging from +1.8V to +5.5V. It typically consumes only 0.01μW of quiescent power, making it suitable for use in low-power, portable applications. The MAX4644’s features include low leakage currents over the entire temperature range, TTL/CMOS-compatible digital logic, and excellent AC characteristics. Applications include battery-operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low-voltage data-acquisition systems, sample-and-hold circuits, communications circuits.
- Rail-to-rail analogue-signal range
- On-resistance is 2.5ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, ICOM=10mA, VNO or VNC=0 to V+
- On-resistance match between channels is 0.1ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, ICOM=10mA
- On-resistance flatness is 0.75ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, ICOM=10mA, VNO or VNC=0 to V+
- Input current is 0.005μA typ at VIN=0.8V or 2.4V
- Off-isolation is -55dB typ at f=10MHz, CL=5pF, RL=50 ohm
- Crosstalk is -62dB typ at f=10MHz, CL=5pF, RL=50 ohm
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.018% typ at RL=600 ohm, 0.5Vp-p, f=20Hz to 20KHz
- 6 SOT23 package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
