The MAX6126AASA41+ is a high precision, ultra low noise, low dropout, series voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This voltage reference features curvature correction circuitry, high stability and laser trimmed thin film resistors that result in 1ppm/°C temperature coefficients and an excellent ±0.02% (maximum) initial accuracy. The low noise reference architecture produces a low flicker noise of 1.3µVP-P and wideband noise as low as 60nV/√Hz without increased supply current usually found in low noise references. The wideband noise is improved to 35nV/√Hz and AC power supply rejection is also improved by adding 0.1µF capacitor at noise reduction pin. The load regulation specifications are less than 0.025ohm for sink and source currents up to 10mA.
