The MAX6322HPUK29C+T is a µP supervisory circuit with manual reset in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit monitors power supplies and microprocessor activity in digital systems. It reset input starts or restarts the µP in a known state. The reset output of µP supervisory circuit interfaces with reset input of the µP, preventing code-execution errors during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. It is used in portable computers, computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, portable/battery-powered equipment and embedded control systems.
- Supply voltage range is 1V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Minimum reset timeout is 140ms
- Factory trimmed reset thresholds is 2.93V at TA = +25°C
- Manual reset input
- Active-low open-drain reset output, active-high push/pull reset output
- Integrated configuration enables flexible designs
- Integrated features increase robustness, reset valid to VCC = 1V
- Immune to short-negative VCC transients
- Saves board space, no external components required
