ACFJ-3262T-000E is an automotive R²Coupler™ dual-channel 10A basic gate drive optocoupler. It comes in a compact, surface-mountable SO-24 package with two independent isolation channels for space savings. It provides an isolation voltage of 5kVRMS between input and output channels and a differential voltage of 900V DC between the two output channels. It is primarily designed with high peak driving current capability to ensure optimum performance for direct driving MOSFET or IGBT in various applications. The ACFJ-3262T features fast propagation delay and tight channel-to-channel skew, which make it ideal for driving SiC MOSFET and IGBT at high frequency DC-DC and AC-DC converters. The R²Coupler™ isolation product provides reinforced insulation and reliability that deliver safe signal isolation critical in automotive and high-temperature industrial applications. Regulatory approvals include UL1577 5k VRMS for 1 min, CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 62368-1, DIN/EN 60747-5-5 VIORM = 1230 VPEAK.

- High noise immunity, direct LED input with low input impedance and low noise sensitivity
- 2.8mm creepage between two output drivers
- Channel-to-channel skew is 9ns maximum
