FTM21-AG345A is a Vibronic Soliphant T FTM21 robust point level switch for bulk solids, also for dust incentive hazard areas. Soliphant T is a robust point-level switch for silos with fine-grained or coarse-grained, non-fluidized bulk solids. Typical applications are cereals, coffee beans, sugar, animal feed, rice, detergents, dye powder, chalk, gypsum, cement, sand, plastic granules.
- Simple and fast commissioning, no calibration required
- No mechanically moved parts, free of maintenance
- Safe function due to self-monitoring (active frequency monitoring of the fork)
- Easy recurring function test via test magnet, suitable for constricted space due to compact design
- Measurement not affected by build-up or external vibration, not affected by flow noises
- Non-hazardous area approval, thread EN10226 R1-1/2, 316L (process connection)
- 1000mm sensor length, FEM24; relay DPDT, 19 to 253VAC/55VDC (electronic output)
- F18 Alu IP66/67 NEMA4X; M20 gland (cable entry housing)
- 200g/l minimum density of medium, international explosion protection certificates
