BTS700121ESPDAUGHBDTOBO1 is a daughterboard comes with 1 smart high-side switch of BTS70012-1ESP and is compatible with the PROFET™+2 12V motherboard. The purpose of this board is to provide a quick pick and place solution for costumers' lab evaluations. The motherboard in combination with the daughterboard is capable to drive typical automotive loads. Suitable for driving 31.3A resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, suitable for driving glow plug, heating loads, DC motor and for power distribution applications.
- High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection
- Capacitive load switching mode
- Operating voltage range 3.1 - 28V with 3.3V and 5V compatible logic input
- Current tripping, overtemp, overvoltage, load dump, reverse polarity, short-circuit protection
- Load current sense output diagnosis
- Optimized for design flexibility across family by pin to pin and external components compatibility
- Miniaturization/shrink of the PCB area, simplified & cost efficient ground network
- Simplified & cost efficient ground network
- 50% reduced internal operating current consumption
- Current sense accuracy (kILIS) ≤ 8% at nominal load current
