CY15V104QSN-108LPXI is a CY15V104QSN EXCELON™ ultra high-performance, 4Mbit non-volatile memory employing an advanced ferroelectric process. It provides reliable data retention for 151 years while eliminating the complexities, overhead, and system-level reliability problems caused by serial flash and other non-volatile memories. It is ideal for non-volatile memory applications, requiring frequent or rapid writes. Examples range from data collection, where the number of write cycles may be critical, to demanding industrial controls where the long write time of serial flash can cause data loss. The device incorporates a read-only device ID and unique ID features which allow the SPI bus to determine the manufacturer, product density, product revision and unique ID for each part. The device is also offered with a unique serial number that is read-only and can be used to identify a board or a system.

- ECC detects and corrects 1bit error
- Dedicated special sector write and read, content can survive up to three standard reflow cycles
- 8-pin GQFN package, industrial temperature range from (-40°C to +85°C)
