49 11 A0 is a precision circlip plier for external circlips on shaft. It features heavy duty in continuous operation: up to 10 times longer service life compared to turned tips. Precision external circlip plier for installing or removing circlips on shafts. Circlips are held securely, large contact faces and the position of the tips make it difficult for the circlip to fly off.
- With inserted tips for reliable work, large contact faces on tips: no distortion of circlips
- Bolted joint: precise, zero backlash operation, internal opening spring, protected and captive
- Non-slip plastic coating on handles, for fitting snap rings on shafts, ranging from 1/8" - 25/64"
- Heavy-duty continuous operation: up to 10 times longer service life than turned tips
- Internal opening spring, protected and captive, grey atramentized pliers
- Inserted tips: spring steel wire, drawn, handles coated with non-slip plastic
- Pliers body: chrome vanadium electric steel; forged, oil-hardened, 140mm long
- DIN 5254 A standard, dimension is 140 x 62 x 12mm
- 1/32" tip width
