BGA7027,135 is a 400MHz to 2700MHz, 0.5W high linearity silicon amplifier. MMIC is a one-stage amplifier, offered in a low-cost surface-mount package. It delivers 28dBm output power at 1dB gain compression and a superior performance up to 2700MHz. Applications include broadband CPE/MoCA, industrial applications, WLAN/ISM/RFID, E-metering, wireless infrastructure (base station, repeater, backhaul systems), satellite host antenna TV (SMATV).
- 11dB small signal gain at 2GHz
- 28dBm output power at 1dB gain compression
- Integrated active biasing, 5V single supply operation, ESD protection at all pins
- External matching allows broad application optimization of the electrical performance
- 11dB typical power gain, 42.5dBm output third-order intercept point (f = 2140MHz)
- Junction temperature of 150°C
- 3.9dB at f = 2140MHz noise figure
- SOT89-3 package
