TC7USB42MU,LF(S2E is a high-speed CMOS dual 1-2 multiplexer/demultiplexer. The low ON-resistance and the low capacitance of the switch allow connections to USB2.0 (480Mbps) application. This device consists of dual individual two-inputs multiplexer/demultiplexer with common select input (S) and output enable (active low OE). The D+/D- inputs is connected to the 1D+/1D- or 2D+/2D- outputs determined by the combination both the select input (S) and output enable (active low OE). When the output enable (active low OE) input is held high level, the switches are open with regardless the state of select inputs and a high-impedance state exists between the switches. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge. Application includes USB2.0, I²C, I³C, UART.
- Dual SPDT USB switch, supply voltage range from 2.3 to 4.3V
- Switch terminal ON-capacitance is 5pF typ (active low OE = GND, VIS = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
- ON-resistance is 4.5 ohm typ (VIS = 0V, IIS = 30mA, 3V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- ON-resistance flatness is 1.3 ohm typ (VCC = 3V, VIS = 0V to 1.0V, IIS = 30mA, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Difference of ON-resistance between switches is 0.35 ohm typ (3V, VIS=0.4V, 1.0V, IIS=30mA)
- Power-down protection provided on all inputs and outputs
- Quiescent supply current is 1µA max (VIN = VCC or GND, IOUT = 0A, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Propagation delay time is 0.25ns typ (VCC = 3.3 ±0.3V, CL = 5pF, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Bandwidth -3db is 1500MHz typ (3.3±0.3V, RL = 50 ohm, CL = 0pF, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- UQFN10B package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
