AD5668BCPZ-1500RL7

AD5668BCPZ-1500RL7 is a low-power, octal, 16bit, buffered voltage-output DAC. It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and is guaranteed monotonic by design. It has an on-chip reference with an internal gain of 2. It utilizes a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates of upto 50MHz and is compatible with standard SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. The on-chip precision output amplifier enables rail-to-rail output swing. It is used in applications such as process control, data acquisition systems, portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, and programmable attenuators.

• Slew rate is 1.2V/µs typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, RL = 2Kohm to GND)
• Digital-to-analogue glitch impulse is 4nV-s typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, RL = 2Kohm to GND)
• Multiplying bandwidth is 320KHz typical at (VREF = 2V ±0.2V p-p, VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 16-lead LFCSP-WQ package
