Product Overview
The MAX1226BEEE+ is a 12bit 300Ksps ADC with FIFO, temp sensor, internal reference in 16 pin QSOP package. Feature on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown™. The maximum sampling rate is 300Ksps using an external clock. The MAX1226 has 8 input channels and all input channels are configurable for single-ended or differential inputs in unipolar or bipolar mode. It operates from a +5V supply and contain a 10MHz SPI™/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™ compatible serial port. Typical applications include system supervision, data-acquisition systems, industrial control systems, patient monitoring, data logging and instrumentation.

- Internal temperature sensor (±0.7°C accuracy)
- 16 entry first-in/first-out (FIFO)
- ±1LSB INL, ±1LSB DNL, no missing codes over temperature
- Supply current is 2.3mA at 300Ksps
- Internal 4.096V reference or external differential reference
- Offset error and gain error is ±0.5LSB
- Gain temperature coefficient is ±0.8ppm/°C
- Signal to noise plus distortion is 73dB, THD is -88dBc, spurious-free dynamic range is 89dBc
- Full-power bandwidth is 1MHz, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
