Product Overview
AZ431LANTR-G1 is a low-voltage three-terminal adjustable regulator with guaranteed thermal stability over a full operation range. This IC features sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature coefficient and low output impedance, which makes it ideal substitutes for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supply, charger, motherboard, voltage adapters and other adjustable regulators. The output voltage can be set to any value between 1.24V and 18V with two external resistors.

- High stability under capacitive load, low output noise
- Off-state cathode current is 0.04µA typ at VKA=36V, VREF=0, TA=+25°C
- Low equivalent full-range temperature coefficient with 20PPM/°C typical
- High sink current capacity from 0.1mA to 100mA
- Dynamic impedance is 0.05ohm at VKA=VREF, IKA=1 to 100mA, f ≤ 1.0kHz, TA=+25°C
- SOT23 package
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40 to +125°C
