This small form factor, feature-rich device is well suited for low-cost, energy-efficient analogue sensor applications with higher resolution requirements. It operates at 1.8V to 5.5V with temperature range from -40°C to 85°C industrial and -40°C to 125°C extended. It features C compiler optimized RISC architecture, operating speed of DC – 32MHz clock input and 125ns minimum instruction time.
