Product Overview
The TFT - PROTO Board features a TFT Color Display MI0283QT-9A with 320x240px resolution. It contains ILI9341 display driver that is capable of showing advanced graphical content. It also features a Touch Screen and therefore can be used as input device. This tool provides a complete, high-quality display features for developing advanced graphical embedded applications.
- 8 data lines and 5 control lines
- TFT is driven by ILI9341 display controller
- Capable of displaying 262K RGB colors
- Display contains 4-wire resistive touch panel

Board is designed to use 3.3V power supply. Note: 5V is recommended for TFT backlight
