Product Overview
RC21213-21214-PROG is a 8-output AutoClock programming board. It eases the programming of the RC21213 and RC21214 programmable clock generator blank devices. With the on-board USB interface, the Renesas Integrated Circuit Toolbox (RICBox™) GUI software can be used to communicate with the blank device in the socket for configuration and programming. It is equipped with a single on-board LDO that takes voltage in from USB and supplies 3.3V to all device power domains. The board is designed to plug directly into any PC and be ready for use with the RICBox GUI and blank part. The RC21214/RC21213 programmer board is compatible with most 48-pin variants of the RC21214/RC21213.
- Programmer board is powered using a USB port
- Programmer board uses the RICBox™ GUI - for programming the blank parts
- Program AutoClock - RC21213/RC21214 blank part in the socket
- Access to two differential input clocks
- Test points for twelve differential output clocks
- XIN terminal can use a laboratory signal generator or OCXO/TCXO/XO evaluation board
- Serial port for configuration and register read out
