Product Overview
TB67S549FTG is a BiCD constant-current two-phase bipolar stepping motor driver IC. It is a PWM chopper type 2-phase bipolar stepping motor drive. It can the withstand output voltage of 40V and a maximum output current of 1.5A. The motor can be driven by a single VM power supply with a built-in regulator for the device operation.

- Clock input control
- Full, half, quarter, 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32 step resolutions are available
- Over-temperature detection (TSD)
- Over-current detection (ISD)
- Low supply voltage detection (UVLO)
