Product Overview
The MAX4020EEE+ is a high speed, single supply operational amplifier (op-amp) with rail to rail output in 16 pin QSOP package. This quad op-amp unity-gain stable device that combine high speed performance with rail to rail outputs. It operates from a 3.3V to 10V single supply or from ±1.65V to ±5V dual supplies. This voltage-feedback amplifier employ current-feedback technique to achieve 600V/µs slew rate and 150MHz bandwidth. The common-mode input voltage range extends beyond the negative power supply rail (ground in single-supply applications). Excellent harmonic distortion and differential gain/phase performance makes this amplifier an ideal choice for a wide variety of signal processing applications.
