                      Product Overview

                      The MAX6220ASA-2.5+ is a low noise, precision voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This voltage reference features buried zener technology for low noise 1.5µVp-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz) performance. Excellent line regulation, load regulation and low output impedance at high frequency make the device ideal for high resolution data conversion systems up to 16 bits. It is used in high accuracy process control, ATE equipment and precision current sources.

                      • Supply voltage range from 8V to 40V
                      • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
                      • Output voltage is 2.5V
                      • Initial accuracy is 0.1%
                      • Temperature coefficient is ±2ppm/°C
                      • Source and sink output current is ±15mA
                      • Optional noise reduction, voltage trim and excellent transient response
                      • Line regulation is 2ppm/V and load regulation is 1ppm/mA at 25°C
                      • Low long term stability of 20ppm/1000hr
                      • Stable for all capacitive loads
