The 4000 X-Series boasts 12.1inch display, capacitive touch screen technology, InfiniiScan Zone touch triggering, 1-million-waveforms/sec update rate, MegaZoom IV smart memory technology and standard segmented memory. Expand your measurement capabilities with full upgradability: Add bandwidth, digital channels, dual-ch 20MHz arbitrary WaveGen, 3-digit DVM, serial trigger and analysis & mask testing.
