The BAS31,215 is a general purpose controlled avalanche double Switching Diode fabricated in planar technology and encapsulated in a small rectangular plastic SMD SOT23 surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. It has two diodes in series. It is used for general purpose switching in surface-mounted circuits.
