Product Overview
The Super Mox series from Ohmite are high voltage thick film axial resistors. These resistors are developed to meet the precision temperature stability requirements of high-accuracy and high-voltage systems. Super Mox combines proprietary non inductive resistance system and design to achieve low temperature coefficient, low voltage coefficients, high stability and increased high operating voltages. These resistors are designed to meet the demanding requirements of high voltage power supplies, electron microscopes, X-ray systems, high resolution CRT displays and geophysical instruments.
- Resistance value range from 400 ohm to 50Gohm
- Maximum operating voltage range from 9.4KV to 60KV
- Power rating range from 3.9W to 19.4W
- 0.1%, 0.25%, 0.5% and 1% tolerance values
- 5ppm/°C, 10ppm/°C, 15ppm/°C, 25ppm/°C, 50ppm/°C and 100ppm/°C temperature coefficient
- Silicone conformal coating encapsulation, Al2O3 core and ruthenium oxide resistor material
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +225°C
- Insulation resistance is <gt/>10000Mohm and dielectric strength is <gt/>1000V
- Load life of 1000hours at rated power (IEC 115 -1)
