EK-F5X SFC/SFM6XXX AND SFC/SFM5XXX is an evaluation kit for SFC5xxx and SFC6xxx mass flow controllers, and SFM5xxx and SFM6xxx mass flow meters. This evaluation kit EK-F5X can be used for easy and fast evaluation of our mass flow controllers and mass flow meters. The kit is easy to use and allows quick and simple precise measurements for testing purposes.
