Product Overview
The OP165D is a 3mm Plastic Infrared Emitting Diode with dome lens. The OP165 series high intensity gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode (GaAIAs) that is moulded in an IR transmissive clear epoxy package. Devices feature narrow and wide irradiance patterns and a variety of electrical characteristics. It is suitable for use in space-limited applications, applications requiring coupling efficiency.
