The TEMD1000-GS15 is a Silicon PIN Photodiode with high speed and high radiant sensitivity in black, lens and daylight blocking filter. This photodiode features filter bandwidth is matched with 870 to 950nm IR emitters and it has floor life of 168h, MSL 3, according to J-STD-020.
